This one’s a twofer. Yup- I got behind so now I’m catching up! MY feet. Lets see, right now, I’m in my office. At my place of work. All gussied up into “business” attire. And I’m barefoot. I have a french self-done manicure and my nails could use a little trim.
I take my shoes off in my office so that I can sit “indian style” (I know that’s not PC anymore, but I can’t bring myself to say “criss-cross applesauce”) in my chair. That helps to ease the strain on my back as I stare at this computer all day. =D I love my feet. My toes go in a perfect line biggest to smallest (I feel fortunate in this, as I know that for a lot of people the 2nd toe is longer than the big toe.) I have cute nails, and no unsightly spots, fungus or callouses. All in all- I like my feet. =D
Whew, this one is hard. There are a lot of things I wish I had more of. And certainly it would be easier to attain such things if they grew on trees. But, money is a cliche. Time is intangible. Maybe grand ideas? Great photos? Inpiration?
Housekeepers?
Clothes.
I think it would have to be clothes. I have a weird taste in clothes and I find it difficult to see myself in most of the off-the-rack department store items. I think if they grew on trees, I might be able to purchase a special brand of tree that suited me best. Then with proper tending (feeding it interesting art pieces, watering it with Peace Tea, singing to it and sitting leisurely under it) It might sprout articles that reflect my personality. I’m thinking Swing dresses in zany colors, appropriate lengthed skirts with fanciful patterns. Vintage looking bobble type necklaces that are just the right weight. Flower hairclips in all sorts of materials. Brightly colored purses with patterned linings. Comfortable low shoes in metallics of all colors. Wide belts to compliment ever ensemble. Oh my- I’m getting all excited!
Not to mention when I get bored with what I have, I can just go pick some more!
