You know, there are few things in life that allow such quantifiable rates of success. Sticking my neck out there, being a blogger has come with quite a scary side effect. I’ve got numbers, analytics, comments, and FB likes to tell me how good (and how bad) I’m doing.

Some days its scary just checking my email. I get called out when I’m wrong, sometimes in rude ways. I get questioned, prodded, ridiculed and sometimes even insulted. I get ripped off, stolen from, copied and ignored.

But then, some days are amazing. Sometimes I’m uplifted, praised, thanked. Sometimes my things are shared, raved about, favorited. Today is one of those days. Today the 5000th person “liked” Sweet Anne Designs on Facebook. I can’t explain how proud, and fulfilled that makes me. To you all, its just a little click. To me its positive affirmation.

And I want to thank you, as well as encourage you to spread that affirmation around.

I stopped everything today and spent some time making these Thank You Cards for you all. Download them (click until you see the large version then right click>”save as..”), share them, pin them, print them, give them away. Spread the love. I hope we can make many more people feel as appreciated as you all have made me feel.
