You see, last week I couldn’t get the linky to work at all. The week before that it worked for a day or two before the whole thing just disappeared from the page completley!

So, I’m excited its back up again. Why? Because you guys are awesome and I love being inspired with what you’ve been up to! I’ve been plugging away at this and that. Mini Cannoli Cheesecakes by Will Cook For Smiles

My first experience with a cannoli was at a hotel conference. I went back and had 3! Plus, I’m sure you all know by now that I LOVE cheesecake, so this combination of the two looks SO yummy! There’s even waffle cones in there- perfect!

And my Personal Favorite:

No-Bake Cheesecake by Cookies Crumbs and Sawdust

Didn’t I mention loving cheesecake earlier in this post? Well, its true. What is also true, is that I have a particular fancy for no-bake cheesecakes. It may be a crime, but the Jello variety is my favorite. My mother-in-law makes a variation with lemon juice. Laura’s version uses Greek yogurt and I can’t wait to try that!
