I’m not Irish. Not even a little bit. Neither is my husband or anyone I really know. Also, having spent much of my life in a college town, St. Patrick’s day has usually meant boarding my doors and hiding out from the drunken masses. But- every holiday is just another excuse to show someone you love them. That’s why I made this very low lifting, print and go St. Patrick’s day candy bar wrapper. I even wrote a little poem for the back. It reads:
“I one day woke to stormy night, twas not a single star.
Morning brought a rainbow clear, I followed it afar.
There I found to my delight, a prize beyond all measure;
No pot of gold, but YOU my dear. And you are such a treasure.”
So, go out and buy some $1 candy bars. Print these up and stuff them in lunches for your children, or your hubby. Leave them for your best friend or mother. And spread some love- Irish or not!
This template looks AMAZING with gold-foiled candy bars. It will fit most 4oz-5oz bars. (Mine is Hershey’s Symphony). And its so easy to do. Simply print out the Free Template. Cut on the solid lines, and fold on the dotted lines. Then, wrap it around a 4-5oz candy bar and glue shut. Voila! [Almost] instant gift!
