The year is now 3/4 of the way over. Less than 4 months until January! Ugh! Where did the time go? There were so many projects around the house that I’d hoped to have finished by now. How did I get so far behind? I did manage to complete my spice drawer. So thats 1 out of a million done. =P

I love chicken salad, but too much of the same can get a little drab. I love the idea of spicing it up with the Apple and Blue Cheese! Hubby and I use the combo in paninis all the time, but I’d never thought of it in Chicken Salad!
