Sweet Sharing Monday

Well, its been an unproductive weekend. Oh, but don’t worry! That’s a good thing. I’ve been longing for a weekend like this. Did some antiquing, made some Creeper Peeps (Creeps) – my first attempt at a home made marshmallow I might add- and little else.

I’m sure all of you were way more productive than I was- so show me what you did!

Also, if you want a reminder email when the party goes up – sign up on the right side bar!

Rockin’ Peeps by Crafty Journal
These little guys are adorable! And, they look sper easy. What a great kids craft, or something to do at a family Easter gathering! (You know, because kids need to be occupied.)

And my Personal Favorite:

Scratch-Foam Printmaking by ArtClubBlog
These are so cool! You know, I’ve missed a lot of things from art school, but access to the printing press is a big one. I’ve never done prints with scratch foam, but the concept is similar to a couple of other printmaking processes. I’m putting this one in my file- I might try it next rainy day!

  2. Thanks so much, Kayla, for featuring my printmaking project! I was thrilled to find these foam boards, so young children could safely enjoy the printmaking process too.

    1. You are so welcome- they are too cute! And I was thinking I could prep all the materials ahead of time, and let the kiddos have at them at Grandma’s on Easter maybe!
